There were 3 Common Terns on the new raft at stodmarsh this morning and a few Sand Martins and Swallows. Also seen were 3 Blackcap ( 1 male and 2 female ),1 female Bullfinch, 1 Snipe, 2 Linnet and 5 Goldfinch. Plenty Sedge Warblers calling and Chiffchaff. As i got to the water meadow 2 Spoonbill flew high up going from West to East. The water level in the river is at it's lowest so far this year exposing a lot of mud and there were fresh Beaver prints along with fresh branches near to a large hole under a tree.
